Notice of Intended Action
Responses to Request for Qualifications (RFQs) or Request for Proposals (RFPs) for each solicitation listed below will be received,
at the address listed in the Legal Advertisement. Commissioning recommendations for professional services (i.e.: A/Es, DCPs, CM at-Risk
Firms and related design and construction consultants) will be available on the Friday preceding the scheduled Board meeting. The results
of Board action at the official School Board meetings will be available on the web on the Monday following the meetings. The Board reserves
the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all RFQs/RFPs.
The School Board shall provide notice of intended action concerning a solicitation as follows:
● For RFQs/RFPs solicitations related to professional service, all Commission, Award and Approval of GMP School Board Agenda Items can be viewed at:
https://www.dadeschools.net/schoolboard/ (under Agenda Section “F”).
● Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, and
School Board Policy 6320,
or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120,
Florida Statutes.
